My wife Gayle and I have been Aire-Flo customers for several years. Last week we had your technician, Nate, on a call to check our system. He did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem, explaining what happened, and recommending solutions, in this case, a new thermostat. His suggestion included a lot of explanation and demonstration but he was patient, going through the demonstration step by step to help us get set up. Nate seemed to know where to look for answers and to find them quickly if he was uncertain, so our system was up and running quickly. We want Aire-Flo to know he did a very, very good job for us and we would highly recommend him for other customers.

Quick and Efficient Work
Got home from work and the air conditioner was not running on the hottest day (so far) this summer. Called based on word from others and was not disappointed.
To get service tonight was emergency service but it was about $30 more than regular service so I thought why not. I was told the tech was on a call but would call when he was on his way to me. He called about an hour later saying he would be to my place in about 20 minutes; and he was.
He came in, put on the blue booties for the carpet and then went outside to check things out and discovered that the problem was that a capacitor had popped. It was a $150 Capacitor but it was cheaper than a compressor, or refrigerant. He replaced it on the spot, none of this ordering it. He then checked the refrigerant levels and found it good then cleaned the coils from the pollen. All of this took just 30 minutes.
There was absolutely no mention of selling me anything else, not a future service or anything! Not that my unit is this or that, just what was wrong and what was needed to fix - PERFECT!!!
All in all I am very happy and cooling down. And if I need anything else for heating or cooling I will call them.

Professional and InformativeAire-Flo sent out a service man the same day. Vince was the technician that came out. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. He worked on the circulating pump because I thought that was what was wrong. He told me it wasn't the motor but the fan (?) part. He worked on it and fixed it so it wasn't making a lot of noise. He was courteous and friendly and I really appreciated that as I am a senior woman alone trying to survive the cold. When I need additional service I will definitely call Aire-Flo. I hope they send Vince out again because I know I can trust him to do a good job.

Prompt and Courteous ServiceYrs ago Aire-Flo came when the company who installed the equipment just added me to their service list. It was winter. I needed service. I have had them come yearly. Service good. Problems solved with ease. My relation with the company has be good. Pleasant service people, prompt and friendly. Glad to have called Aire-Flo.

Very Impressed!I must say that I have been thoroughly impressed with the performance of my new Bryant 96% furnace installed last summer. My natural gas usage is down by more than 30% versus the same timeframe last winter and coupled with the new humidifier is keeping my marginally insulated home quite comfy. I’ve even been keeping it a little warmer than I have in the past (a sign of getting older, I guess). Hat’s off to Steve and his Aire-Flo staff for steering me in the right direction!!!

Timely, Competent, & Reasonably PricedTimely, competent, & reasonably priced. Mike called ahead, and showed up on time. He worked diligently to diagnose and repair the issue, without unnecessary parts. I was not pressured to purchase new equipment or service plans. I won't hesitate to call Aire-Flo for regular preventative maintenance or any future repair issues. Thanks!

Customer FriendlyAire-flo came out and diagnosed our broken blower motor. They were timely, knowledgeable and very customer friendly. It took a week for a new unit to be installed but with the weather that we have been having I know they are just busting at the seems with things breaking. The two gentlemen that were here today were very friendly and did a good job of installing and cleaning up after themselves.

Above & Beyond ServiceWe had a new air conditioner and furnace put in last week. Kimmy, in the office, was amazing. She got us scheduled right away. The installers, Don and Mike along with Said, did a fabulous job. They were on time, very friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to explain everything to us as they went along. 5 Star Service!WOW! OMG! Thank You, Steve Alexander and Kimmy, for the best customer service, friendliest service company to client I have witnessed in many years. Steve and Kimmy went way out of their way at 4:30 in the afternoon, (on a Monday) to help me with my HVAC repair. My AC stopped working during hot and humid weather. The temperature in my house reached 87 degrees. Steve and Kimmy pounced into action to assist me in getting my AC back in operation. My three children, my wife and I were so please we had cool air flow in the house again. I highly recommend AIRE-FLO. I give them 5 stars!

I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for recently “cooling-down” my family with your installation of a whole house Carrier air conditioning unit on June 30, 2010.
I spent a considerable amount of time researching my options and evaluating proposals from several of your competitors. It is without equivocation that I state that Aire-Flo stood out when compared with other companies offering the same system. I can also confirm that this sale was highly predicated upon the professional and competent manner Steve Alexander handled his visit and proposal. He, unlike many of the other competitors, did not bad mouth my current system or try to convince me to buy more than I wanted. He quickly evaluated my needs and desires and promptly prepared his proposal. While not the lowest quote received, I felt confident that when he left, unless the other quotes were substantially less, I had found the company I wanted to perform the replacement. I think you ought to give Mr. Alexander the rest of the year off with pay!!
I was on vacation myself when the install was performed but my son Greg informs me that the installers were prompt in their arrival and that the install was professionally completed. Just in time for those sweltering ninety degree days.
Thanks to your entire team for a job well done. I certainly will not hesitate to call in thirty years when I need the next Carrier replacement.
